Had a rotator cuff repair surgery with Dr Clouse. Im about a year removed and the shoulder feels amazing. Thought the whole process was great.
The front office staff is polite and welcoming. The back office staff is professional and organized. The assistants are well trained and made me feel comfortable. As for Dr. Clouse, he is, by far, the best and most caring and most thorough doctor I've ever had the pleasure of meeting.
I spun my wheels with another medical group for 18 months trying to get a little relief from growing pain in my shoulder. I met with the OSPI team and Dr. Clouse and couldn't be happier! Even despite running late to one of my appointments, I have never had a long wait in the waiting room. Having already exhausted treatment options such as cortisone injections, physical therapy, etc we were able to proceed to the surgical options directly. I had my procedure on August 2nd and was back to work 2 days later! Physical therapy is now outsourced and I couldn't be happier with OSPI's recommendation there either. Everyone at OSPI has been great. Very dedicated and invested in my well being. I would not hesitate to recommend them.
Had a knee replacement, the PT team are excellent. Over last 10 years have visited more than 5 PT places Azure Health's OSPI is by far the best. Very professional always tweaking the program in response to how my body is that week. They are real professionals they know what they are doing. Highly reccomend them.
I was hit by a car while walking across the street. My neck and back were hurting all the time. The staff here are fantastic and were able to identify each individual area my neck and back were damaged and treat them. The Doctors took time to listen and the trainers knew everyone individually. They are excellent.

Dr. Doug S. Clouse is a Board Certified Orthopedic Surgeon that established his practice in the East Valley in 2008. He completed a Sports Medicine Fellowship and his practice has an emphasis on treating conditions of the shoulder and knee in all age groups.
Dr. Clouse does a high volume of joint arthroplasty replacements of the knee, hip and shoulder. He is trained in minimally invasive techniques for doing joint arthoplasty procedures such as the Direct Anterior Approach for Total Hip Replacements that minimizes the length of stay in the hospital and accelerates recovery. He is also trained at performing partial knee replacements as well as Total Knee Replacements using the Biomet Signature Patient Specific Custom guides. This techniques can improve accuracy of the placement of the components at the time of surgery which may improve longitivtiy of the implant.

Dr. Stewart attended medical school at the University of Texas Southwestern at Dallas and elected to remain there to complete his Orthopedic Surgery training. After residency, Dr. Stewart completed a fellowship in Sports Orthopedics with the University of California San Diego, San Diego State University and the San Diego Padres.
Along with being Board Certified by the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons, Dr. Stewart is a member of the American Orthopedic Society of Sports Medicine and participates in the care of local high school, and community college athletic programs. He also serves as an associate provider for the San Diego Padres minor league system. He enjoys spending time with his family and stays active playing sports of every kind.
